Fision and All in One Sidebar
Funky Music I got rid of very quickly as it was not what I thought it would be.
Download helper I have found to be the best help. Well outside of FireShot which I have had to use for 23 things often.

Picasa 3

What can I do with Picasa 3?
Create a collage, use blog this, which will directly upload pictures to your blog. However, it will only directly upload the pictures and it would seem that it limits the number of pictures or perhaps and more likely only upload a certain size.
Lastly as we all know now it can create a slide show.
